How much is shipping?We currently provide free shipping on all orders across Malaysia.

How long will it take to get my order?After your payment is verified, it may take up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 12 pm will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 12 pm on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.

How to make payment by using a credit card?Best Baby Essentials accepts payments in Ringgit Malaysia (RM/MYR) only. We are supported by HitPay, which accepts all major credit cards from Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Which warmers do the Hegen bottles fit into?Hegen bottles fit into most wideneck warmers of most leading brands. To be safe, simply measure the diameter of the relevant brands’ bottle for comparison. As a gauge, Hegen bottles measure 7cm in diameter.

I've never seen a square bottle before, will it be hard for my baby to hold?Hegen bottles are a ‘softsquare’ shape made out of 4 tiny circle corners. It is ergonomically designed to be easier for babies to hold.

Can I sterilise the Hegen bottles? Which sterilisers can I use?Yes. Hegen bottles can undergo steam, microwave and UV sterilization. To be safe, we recommend waiting at least 15 minutes between sterilization cycles. As our PPSU bottles are able to withstand -20’C up to 180°C in temperature; please do remember to check that your sterilizer does not exceed the aforementioned temperature range.

What does PPSU mean?Polyphenylsulfone (PPSU) is made of FDA compliant food contact grade and NSF certified medical grade material. PPSU is widely used in the manufacturing of medical appliances due to its superior toughness and high-temperature resistance. It combines the advantages of both glass and plastic materials; BPAfree and lightweight. PPSU is naturally amber coloured and contains no artificial pigments. Hegen PPSU is free of BPA, BPS, Phthalates and PVC.

My baby loves the Hegen bottle. How long can I use it for?We are so happy to hear this! International standards recommend teats to be replaced every 3 months and bottles every 6 months. Hegen bottles are designed to last and can be continually evolved to meet the different needs of the growing child. You can continue to use our bottles and convert it to snack cups as your baby grows. To be safe, we recommend replacing the teats every 3 months or if there are any signs of wear and tear. Likewise, should there be any scratches or wear and tear observed on the bottles, we also recommend to have them replaced.

Do I need a bottle brush to clean my Hegen bottles?Hegen bottles have an extremely wide mouth and minimal parts. Furthermore, as our bottle has absolutely no ridges, undercuts or hidden corners, you can quickly clean the Hegen bottle without the need of a bottle brush, avoiding scratches on the bottle. However, if you would like to, we recommend using our Hegen bottle brush & teat clearner to clean your Hegen bottle. Please do remember to thoroughly clean not just the sides but also the base of the bottle.

Are Hegen breast milk storage containers airtight?Yes. Our breast milk storage containers feature a silicone seal that ensures our containers are truly airtight.

Why am I having difficulty opening the lids of breast milk storage containers that have been taken out from freezer/refrigerator?At lower temperatures, materials can sometimes experience contraction and expansion at different rates. Let the containers sit in open space for awhile before opening. If you’re in a hurry, try pouring hot / warm water over the lid so that it can expand a little and loosen before opening.

What is Granny Ben’s fabric made of?Granny Ben’s fabric is crafted from Tencel fibers, which are made from eucalyptus trees grown in a closed forest. These fibers are known for being extra soft and strong, and they absorb water well and dry quickly. The fabric also supports the body’s thermoregulatory mechanisms, providing a cool feeling in hot weather and warmth in colder conditions.

Is Granny Ben’s fabric muslin or salu?Granny Ben products are made from Tencel muslin, a natural fiber from eucalyptus trees that has excellent absorption properties and is more durable to use. While the characteristics of salu fabric are loosely woven and lightweight, Granny Ben’s fabric has a tighter weave, making it well-ventilated and machine washable on a gentle cycle.

Will the colors fade when washed together?Granny Ben’s fabrics are soft tones, and the color will fade naturally though fading is gradual and to the same standard as normal clothes. Color items are recommended to be washed separately from whites.

Will the clothes shrink after washing?The fabric may shrink a bit after washing, but it will shrink very little or hardly at all due to controlling the size change property after washing, passing the standard international testing that controls brand standards used around the world.

Can Granny Ben’s fabric be put in the dryer?Granny Ben’s fabric can be dried in a dryer, but it is recommended to avoid using high heat or drying until the cloth is completely dry. Instead, it should be dried until slightly damp and then allowed to dry naturally to preserve the fabric’s softness and shape.

Can Granny Ben’s fabric be ironed?Yes, Granny Ben’s fabric can be ironed on low heat, and a steam iron or water spray should be used to add moisture back to the fabric fibers. It is important not to let the fabric dry out from the heat.

How are the toys made?Raduga Grez manufactures toys using locally sourced wood. The carpenters employed are third- generation matryoshka doll makers. All materials for the toys are procured in Russia, except for the paint, which is imported from Germany. The cotton bags used for packing the toys are sewn by mothers on maternity leave, who make the bags from home.

How are the toys coloured and are they safe?We use German Biofa oils and paints which have the strictest safety certificate (European Standard EN71) and are approved for colouring children's toys.

Do the toys give off a smell?Our paint is odourless, and the linseed oil we use has the characteristic scent of linseed oil. The toys have a mild natural scent of wood and oil.

The toy is missing paint. Are you saving paint?The paint is applied in a thin layer that does not cover the natural grain of the wood, allowing the texture to be felt. The direction of the wood fibers can vary, and rounded pieces in the middle typically have a thinner layer of paint.

Why are the toys not smooth?Our toys are purposefully crafted to be tactile and velvety, achieved by avoiding the use of varnish. If lacquer is used, it will obscure the wood's texture and natural grain, diminishing sensory engagement. The textured surfaces of our toys are designed to enhance children’s motor skills and tactile development. Additionally, the non-slip nature of these toys makes them easier to construct with. We ensure that all products are safe and free of splinters.

What is the life expectancy of your toys?Raduga Grez toys can be preserved as heirlooms due to their simplicity and durability. They are handmade using wood and safe paints. It is advisable not to store these toys near radiators or humidifiers, as they are made of natural wood. These toys are not intended for chewing. In some instances, children may chew on pacifiers or bed edges. For children under 3 years old, it is recommended to supervise them during playtime.

Do your toys stain?The paint used is resistant and does not stain or wash off. The toys are not varnished, allowing the natural wood to be felt. When bumped against each other, small layers of wood may transfer, leaving traces due to the properties of wood and paint. The paint will not leave marks on hands, skin, or other objects under normal use.

Do you have guarantees?Due to the nature of our products, the toys are not covered under warranty. However, we stand by the quality of our toys. If you encounter any issues with recently purchased items, please contact us via email, and we will gladly assist in resolving your concerns.

Are your toys certified?Raduga Grez toys are certified in accordance with Russian law.

What kind of wood do you use?Raduga Grez toys are crafted from linden (basswood), which is light and easy to work with. Traditionally used in Russia for toys and carvings, it also decorated ship capes. Its lightweight nature makes it ideal for children’s construction play and it doesn’t splinter, though it may dent.

How do I take care of toys?They can be wiped down with a dry or damp cloth without the need for mechanical abrasion or cleaning agents.

Is wood production environmentally friendly?Raduga Grez sources wood exclusively from reputable and sustainable suppliers who actively manage reforestation. These suppliers plant and cultivate the forest for logging purposes, ensuring that new trees are planted following the harvesting of matured ones.
